As a professionally trained baker with a culinary school background and a degree in Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry, I lean on my solid foundation in classic techniques, flavor development, and food presentation. I love to experiment with extracts, spices and ingredients while understanding limitations and the art of subtlety to reach tantalizing tastes in classic favorites. We’re known for handcrafted bundt cakes, decadent cinnamon rolls, classic cannoli, and comforting pound cakes. Designed to feel both nostalgic and elevated, fulfilling requests for every occasion.
